On November 19th, the NYU ITE/ITS Student Chapter in partnership with the C2SMART Center hosted the second Women in Transportation panel. The students had the opportunity to network with the panelists before the event starts and enjoy some refreshments. The event started with a short Trivia game about women representation in the transportation field. The panelists shared their advice for women to succeed in leadership positions, their experiences with gender inequality, and gave their opinion on how allies can help to increase the number of women in leadership positions. The audience was engaged and several questions were answered during the Q&A part of the event. After the main event ended, attendees and panelists continued to network.
