For-Hire Vehicles and Passengers with Disabilities
Are the 120,000 for-hire vehicles on New York City streets serving the nearly one million New Yorkers with disabilities? NYU’s Rudin & C2SMART Centers convened a forum on the needs of passengers with disabilities, what the companies can offer, and how the city might legislate.
