Muhammad Mansour studied Civil Engineering at Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel, graduating in 2010. In 2011, he moved to Tel Aviv, where he worked for Ardan-Traffic Engineering and was involved in different major projects in Israel, such as the Red Line-Light rail system in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. In 2015, he started working in Aria Tsor-Road Desig. In 2018, he received a Fulbright scholarship and left to pursue his master’s degree at the Tandon School of Engineering at New York University in transportation planning and engineering. During his first year, he was involved in a project focused on the development of Safety Performance Functions in New Jersey. His research focused on increasing the performance of roundabouts through implementing ITS technologies including connected and automated vehicles (CAVs).
