C2SMART is supporting and participating in a range of student-focused events at NYU this semester. NYU Tandon’s ITE student chapter is hosting the Northeastern District ITE Traffic Bowl, which will bring teams from several universities in the region to compete on their transportation-related knowledge. The all-day event will also include a student research poster session and a networking lunch.

Additionally, C2SMART faculty are involved in the 2019 Forbes Idea Incubator Challenge, which challenges NYU Tandon undergraduates to address critical issues facing the world today in promise of a better tomorrow. This one-day event—sponsored by Audi of America—will tap into emerging female talent in STEM fields to develop innovative and meaningful solutions around the impact electric vehicles will have on urban mobility.
