C2SMART Director Featured on CBS
C2SMART Director Kaan Ozbay was featured in a CBS story on the NYCDOT-led Connected Vehicle Project, explaining some of the significance of the project and its potential impacts.
The story, reported by Lisa Rozner, provided an overview of the project and an introduction to what connected vehicles are and how they can help improve safety, especially in crowded urban networks like New York City. It also included demonstrations of the some of the safety applications being developed as part of the CV Project, including blind spot and oncoming vehicle warnings.
