Shri Iyer, Senior Associate Director of C2SMART Center, presented NYU Tandon and partner institution research and center activity at the University Transportation Center (UTC) Mobility Summit in Washington, D.C.

The summit brought together USDOT policymakers, UTC representatives, and private sector stakeholders to discuss mobility needs and real-world problems that require action from the transportation community.

Shri presented on the challenges of deploying advanced technological solutions to mobility problems in dense, urban settings. He also talked about C2SMART research that aims to help transportation decision-makers and policymakers take advantage of the Smart Cities revolution to solve mobility challenges in an efficient and equitable manner.
